White paper "Information Security Awareness in financial organisations"

The ENISA Virtual Working Group “How to organise awareness raising programmes in financial organisations” - of which Dr. Thomas Schlienger was part of - has published its results.

This report targets staff and decision-makers of financial organisations. Information security breaches in financial organisations not only damage reputation but also cause heavy financial losses, difficult to recover from. The paper provides financial organisations with a valuable tool

 to understand the importance of data loss and prepare and implement information security awareness raising and training programmes. The paper relies on the studies and analysis conducted by the Virtual Working Group “How to organise awareness raising programmes in financial organisations” and ENISA staff.
